Edna Oliver
Edna Oliver is a ceramic sculptress, who lives and works in Israel, and explores the interaction between art and people through ceramic sculpturing. Known for her work on dynamic ceramic sculptures, she developed processes that utilize the physical property of shrinkage during firing to create sculptures with potential movement and dynamics. Thus, her porcelain sculptures, which are based on joints-like connections, allow movement, and creates sounds, leading to playfulness in the viewer.

Docente: Maestro Giovanni CimattiJewelery in Porcelain

LA SINTERRACOTTA | Giovanni Cimatti
30-31 March 2019
